So i´ve grown to realize that i´ll prolly b living with a spider in my shower
indefinantley over the course of these next two years. This seasons buddy is
a maroon colored little guy who sits in the corner behind the door. My comp
has started to take the privalege in feeding him all the flys and mosquitoes
he catches....scarily i believe the things gotten a little bigger.... :-( yikes
How´s everyone else's pest control?
I´m gunna start off by being honest by saying i´m completely at a loss for
words today. Our LZ´s called us last night and told us to come play soccer again
early this morning. So it was yet another pday of waking up around 5:50, awesome,
and seeing as how i forgot my planer and my brain is about to shut off my capacity
to type is reaching an all time low.
So in summary this week was awesome. I personally have had to stop counting the
number of times i´ve looked over at my comp and told him, ´´Dude you rock, we are
teaching so powerfully this week.´´ I believe its a result of always bettering
our ability to follow rules and truly relying on the Lord or help in prayers and
fasting. In fact to me sometimes i worry we forget what we have, and maybe I´ve
already mentioned this, but i put it like this in a family home evening a shared
this week:
The Gospel is like a delicious sandwich. But when we´re living with the spirit
somedays we over look our own power. We don´t recognize how hungry we would
feel if we hadn´t eaten that sandwich at some point through out the day.
However such power must not be forgotten, for it is within´our use and
acknowledgement that we strengthen it more and with stand other forces. When
we take it for granted we may not notice ourselves be weakened piece by piece,
though the adversary does and slowly we fall out of had bit until one day we
find ourself in the position of being asked, ´´What would you like today?´´
and sadly, slothishly reply, ´´Eh doesn´t matter, it´s all the same´´
False!
Ít´s not all the same but within this responsive we may receive the abrupt
awakin´of a cardboard sandwich in place of the nutrition we were generally use
to when asked to face up to the adversary that day. The challenge is to
properly strengthen our spirits each day in order to ward off the adversary
(and any cardboard and glue sandwiches, ask my dad for details, or chad).
Always remember, read ponder and pray. With a seasoning of Service e and
Fasting
Mosiah 2:17,
Elder Neuberger
